How to request deletion

Send a request to info@digixelsmedia.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will review the request and confirm the next steps.

Information to include

Include your name, business name if applicable, email address, WhatsApp number, and a brief description of the information you want deleted. We may ask for reasonable details to verify the request.

Data we may delete

We may delete personal information you provided through our website forms, including contact details, business details, project communications, and related account or lead records, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.

Processing requests

We aim to review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained where required by law, needed to prevent fraud or repeat abuse, or necessary to complete a transaction or resolve a dispute.
