These terms cover Digi Xels Media’s website and professional creative services. By using the services, you agree to provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully.

One-time welcome offer

The first 3 social media posts FREE welcome offer is limited to one claim per new customer, email address, WhatsApp number, device and network. Repeat claims may be declined. If a shared device or network causes a mistake, you may request a manual review.

Plans and payments

Monthly plans renew according to the billing terms shown at checkout. Custom projects begin after the scope, timeline and payment terms are approved.

Creative approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing names, prices, product details and other campaign information before final approval and publication.
